3patta Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "3patta," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the platform accessible at https://3patta.org, licensed under an international gaming licence.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided by 3patta.
• "Platform" means the 3patta website, mobile-optimised interface, all associated games, sportsbook, payment portals, and customer support systems.
• "Account" means the individual registered account opened in your name on the 3patta Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you and available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits allocated to your account subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required under our licensing obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the 3patta Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.

References to a singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The 3patta Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 3patta reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 3patta Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances associated with them forfeited without notice.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, CNIC number (for Pakistani players), valid email address, and active mobile number. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes. 3patta is not liable for delays or issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

2.4 Jurisdiction Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the 3patta Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3patta makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or play on 3patta.

3. Account Management & Security

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 3patta in writing of unauthorised access as soon as you become aware of it.

3.2 Two-Factor Authentication

3patta strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number. Where 2FA is enabled, it forms an additional layer of account security. 3patta is not liable for account compromises resulting from a player's failure to enable available security features.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as inactive. 3patta reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to PKR 500 per month to inactive accounts after providing written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the inactivity period without further notice.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 3patta support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 4. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3patta accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All payment accounts and bank accounts used must be registered in the same name as the 3patta account holder. Third-party payment methods are not accepted and deposits made from unverified third-party sources will be reversed.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits displayed within your 3patta account dashboard and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will be returned to the originating payment method without processing.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods that have been used for a prior deposit into the account, subject to KYC verification. 3patta targets withdrawal processing times of within 24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa and within 2–5 banking days for bank transfers, though processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required. 3patta does not guarantee processing times as they are also subject to the policies of the receiving payment institution.

4.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above specified threshold amounts require completion of KYC verification. Required documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address not older than three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method to be used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on the 3patta Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 3patta does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.6 Suspicious Transactions

3patta is obligated under its international gaming licence to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant regulatory authorities. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that 3patta's compliance systems identify as potentially indicative of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime will trigger an account review and may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal facilities pending investigation.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players as specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to new depositing players only, with one bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. 3patta reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution percentages will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified; incomplete wagering results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Game Contribution

Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements. As a general guide: casino slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer table games contribute a lower percentage as stated in the promotion, and sportsbook bets contribute subject to minimum odds requirements. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

3patta actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, using automated software to complete wagering, claiming multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion. Confirmed bonus abuse results in forfeiture of the bonus balance and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 3patta Platform use software from licensed and independently certified providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, 3patta's server records constitute the definitive record of the outcome of any game round. Where a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure on 3patta's infrastructure, the stake for that round will be refunded to your account balance. 3patta is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on your device, internet connection, or third-party software.

Sportsbook bets are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market, which are accessible within the sportsbook section of the Platform. 3patta reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, where the odds were materially incorrect, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7. Prohibited Activities & Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3patta Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage; any such bugs must be reported to support immediately.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account.

3patta cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in investigations of suspected criminal activity involving the Platform. Any funds identified as proceeds of prohibited activities will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming Obligations

3patta takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously as a condition of its international gaming licence. The following tools are available to all registered players within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set and adjust. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a player-defined session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: A minimum 6-month exclusion from the Platform during which your account cannot be accessed or reactivated. After the self-exclusion period, reactivation requires a written request and a mandatory 24-hour reflection period.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

3patta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity fraud.
• Disputed or reversed payment transactions.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Detection of a duplicate account.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 3patta staff or other players.

Upon termination for cause, any real money balance may be withheld for up to 180 days pending investigation. If investigation concludes that funds are legitimately yours and not proceeds of prohibited activity, they will be paid to your verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause without exception.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patta's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3patta expressly excludes liability for: loss of profits; loss of business or revenue; indirect or consequential losses; losses arising from internet or technical failures outside 3patta's direct infrastructure; losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; and losses arising from third-party payment processing delays.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3patta Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 3patta or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 3patta.

12. Data Protection & Privacy

3patta collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and compliance with our international gaming licence obligations. 3patta does not sell player personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

13. Amendments to These Terms

3patta reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record at least fourteen (14) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects when the current version became effective. If you do not agree with amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3patta's international gaming licence is held. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body under 3patta's licensing jurisdiction. Disputes relating to the amount of a specific wager outcome may also be referred to 3patta's licensed regulatory authority for independent adjudication.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable mandatory local laws of your country of residence.

15. Contact & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 3patta Platform or these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Live Chat: Contact 3patta's 24/7 support team via live chat within your account dashboard. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage within a few hours.
2. Step 2 — Email: If live chat resolution is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. Please include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting documentation. 3patta commits to providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the complaint remains unresolved after Step 2, you may escalate to 3patta's licensing regulatory authority. Details of the relevant regulator are available on request from the support team.
